Weymouth and Portland Primary Care Network are proud to present to you our Health and Wellbeing fairs with a particular focus during our October event on Men’s Health.

 

The Men’s Health event will be showcasing local NHS, social and voluntary support alongside offering blood pressure checks and bookable appointments for lifestyle consultations with Live Well Dorset, to support you with managing your health needs.

 

Lifestyle consultations consist of a BMI and blood pressure check, conversation and signposting to improve health and lifestyle.
